How does it work?
1. Download the Revolut ＜18 app and create an account (if you’re below the age of data consent, your parents will need to create an account for you from their own Revolut app)
2. Get approved by your parents or guardians
3. Choose a spending card and personalise it to make it uniquely yours (personalisation fees may apply). Order your card from your parents’ app and add to Apple or Google pay to start spending straight away
What is Revolut ＜18?
Parents & guardians, this part’s for you
With Revolut ＜18, young people can manage their money independently and safely. Teens above the age of data consent can sign up themselves, but you’ll always have access to security controls. If you have kids under the age of data consent, you can create an account for them from your Revolut app.
Getting started:
1. Get your kids to download the ＜18 app and create an account
2. Approve their account from your Revolut app
3. Order their spending card from your app and let them design it (personalisation fees may apply)
4. Get them to start inviting eligible friends to ＜18 and earn €5 (or equivalent) for each successful sign-up. They can earn up to €50 (or equivalent) a year (their friends will get €5 or equivalent too!). T&Cs apply.
Age of data consent
• Live in Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States? Teens aged 13 and above can create an account for free with parent or guardian approval. If you’re age 12 or under, a parent or guardian will need to create an account for you from their Revolut app. Referrals and payments to and from customers on Revolut ＜18 are only available to teens aged 13+.
• Live in Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, or Spain? Teens aged 14 and above can create an account for free with parent of guardian approval. If you’re 13 or under, a parent or guardian will need to create an account for you from their Revolut app. Referrals and payments to and from customers on Revolut ＜18 are only available to teens aged 14+.
• Live in Australia, Czech Republic, Greece or Slovenia? Teens aged 15 and above, can create an account for free with parent or guardian approval. If you’re 14 or under, a parent or guardian will need to create an account for you from their Revolut app. Referrals and payments to and from customers on Revolut ＜18 are only available to teens aged 15+.
• Live in Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania or Slovakia?
